We are pleased to welcome you to the heart of our family and our story, a tradition rooted in passion and dedication to the restaurant business. Our story begins with our grandfather, Silvino Franzoi Wegher, and our grandmother, Angela Rigotti, who turned their dream into a corner of paradise with commitment and sacrifice.
Silvino, born Jan. 28, 1933, has spent many years of his career as a chef at high levels in renowned places such as Davos in Switzerland, Andalo in several hotels, Sant’Moritz, Lugano, and has also received the prestigious Hoteliers’ Gold Star award. His working background has led him to gain invaluable experience, transforming ingredients into culinary works of art with his magic hands.
The construction of our hotel
In 1976, Silvino and Angela’s dream came true with the construction of our hotel, a place that has become a landmark for lovers of good food and hospitality.
Our generation
In 2018, it was time for the transition to a new generation: Sabrina, Silvino’s granddaughter, together with her family, took over the leadership of our hotel. With pride and passion, we continue to carry on this project that has grown and evolved from generation to generation.
