Purpose of personal data processing

Ristorante Scoiattolo processes the data you voluntarily enter through the forms on the site solely to respond to your requests.

Data provided at the time of request and/or registration 

will be used for purposes connected with or instrumental to the activities of Ristorante Scoiattolo, and in particular:

Data collected for marketing purposes

• Subscription to the newsletter service is done through a double-optin system, the subscription is collected through a request form, at the same time an email request will be sent to the indicated address through which the registration will be confirmed. In the event of non-confirmation, the data collected will not be used and will be periodically removed.
• Unsubscription: each subscriber has the possibility to unsubscribe independently at any time through the appropriate links on the site and in each newsletter/communication sent.

Methods of data processing

This data will be processed manually and by computer using electronic and computerised means suitable to guarantee security and confidentiality, with and without the aid of automated means to store, manage and transmit the data. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access.
Email data and data obtained through request forms will be kept for the time necessary to respond to your requests, after which they will not be used in any way. They will be definitively deleted from the archives at regular intervals according to internal organisational schedules.
Registration or service provision data will be kept for the time necessary to provide the service and thereafter in accordance with current regulations.

The provision of data is optional, but in their absence it will not be possible to provide the services requested .
